Finished my first Ludum Dare game: Lost Connection.

It's a short, maze-ish, story game where you look through someones messages. Shoutout to your boy @digitalfudge for art and design stuff and also @troisnyx for the absolute PERFECT song. Seriously though it baffles me how this song is exactly what I was hoping for

I live in a small town where nothing happens so this is basically the only thing people are talking aboput around here. There's an evacuation alert for my neighbour hood, but I haven't been there since a few hours before the fire started. Stuff is wild. Hopefully this doesn't get too bad and outta control yo. Appearently is caused by some dingus.

I haven't done some game dev in a hot minute. Any artists wanna do something this week?? The game will be made from scratch and i'll do the programming, I have no idea what kind of game i want to do! So hit me with ideas if you want as well??

So oof Newgrounds SIM 2017 came out almost 2 months ago! I've somewhat neglected it in a way but I have excuses! First off in May I made a game for the Construct 3 Jam (http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/694247) and that took two weeks of my life but it was fun. Second is SCHOOL. School has been so tough in the last few months, but hopefully I'll be graduated this week! I have a bunch of projects going on but I plan to have Newgrounds SIM get updates every week?? Who knows, but that's the plan for now.

In other game dev shenanigans... I've begun development on a game I had in my head for almost a year now and I'm really passionate about it. I don't want to spoil it though but I really look forward to working on it. 

In other animation/art shenanigans... I'm working on an old animation and also a clip for a collab. I've also been doing a bit of art recently. Also I have been doing 3D modeling! Boy this summer is gunna be busy. Also Tom if ur reading this, make interactive sketchfab things possible in the art portal mister please and thank you. Speaking of 3D models, I've been wanting to do somesort of mixed media project very similar to The Amazing World of Gumball, so maybe keep an eye out for that in the summer.

What up New-Grounds People™ ? Today I'll talk about my latest game dev shenanigans.

So for the past little while I've been working on a game for Pico Day. It's a remake of AfroNinja's Newgrounds SIM, and I think I may have talked about it in the last post maybe. That's been coming along pretty well, but my schedule/milestones or whatever you want to call it has been pushed back by a week because of a school project I've been working on. Luckily though, it's a game! It's more of an informative game based on a famous artist. I've been sorting out the copyright stuff, and I think I WILL be able to post it onto Newgorunds! I'm finishing it up right now and it should be posted some time this week.

After I post the Pico Day game, at the end of the month or so, I'll take a break to work on some unfinished things like an animation, and I'll be editing a video for HIRO NO HIRO, a DBZ Super Abridged channel (Sub here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQXBWeTAtTp6-phEnXEuBMw) . Hopefully though I'm not too busy to participate in the Construct game jam, because I've had an idea for a game and needed an excuse to make it :p 

EDIT: A few things i forgot to mention too. Ludum Dare is coming up and I may make something, and also in May Adventure Jam 2017 is happening so look out for thooooosee....
