There's potential here. I'd recommend adding sound effects, or at least some music to this.
The art is decent I suppose. But there isn't much to this. Possibly add more dialogue lines, and if you're feeling crazy, maybe get a voice actor to voice it. Right now its not very interesting by any means besides the fact that I get to play with a soft tummy hell yeah

That's fair, I was toying with the idea of music and voice acting but eventually chose against it due to wanting to push it out fairly quick.
I admit it's rather lackluster, but it was more of a trial of what I could make rather than making a full on game.

For my next interactive, I'll look into background music, voice acting, and more interactive elements, along with more dialogue lines that change dynamically.

music and art is ok, but gameplay feel is a bit stinky. First there's some friction or something on the ground, which makes it so that when you're in the air you go faster, and once you hit the ground it has this sticky feeling. Next thing is the jump, which sorta accelerates up, which feels unnatural, but I suppose in the right context I could get used to it

Hell yeah this is great. I actually got stuck at the last name bit, and didn't know it'd be case sensitive, so I did a bunch of research into stuff that had no importance lol but overall man I'm super into this kinda game.

My complaints though are that sometimes the mouse is a bit laggy, could be for me only, but it made things kinda unpleasant. Another thing is the system folder says there are 4 items when there's only 2? Maybe its a red herring, maybe its a mistake. But that part wasn't really an issue, just thought I should mention it.

But man even when I was going though dead trails (like finding the OG image) it was super cool when I found something that could've led somewhere. With more work you can definitely turn this into something as good as "Her Story", maybe even better I felt like a detective genius

I really want to improve my coding so I can make the game feel better and a bit longer. Thanks for comparing it to Her Story, it was a big inspiration for the esthetic.
