Really good advice ^-^ Especially needing to get out more ^^; I only really realized this year that I've started becoming a hermit, and missed the fresh air and human interaction
And reading is a great way to turn your mind off from work stresses ^-^
I have like five Ancient Egyptian Mythology ones I got from second hand that I've been putting off, so may finally return to those XD

Absolutely! It is a great workout for your brain, since reading is not a natural activity like listening or seeing something, reading forces your brain to work a little harder to get the information.
